YP checked out Fae Tactics:
Fae Tactics review: Charming tactical RPG with deep character progressionMore information.
When you've got a colourful grid-based and turn-based strategy RPG, it's bound to draw comparison classics like Final Fantasy Tactics and Disgaea. But make no mistake. While Fae Tactics definitely pays homage to those greats, it is a fun and satisfying game that feels like its own unique treat.

Watching this game go back to Very Positive (285) is relaxing.

I see nothing charming. The whole thing looks so outdated and my time is too short to spend on reexperiencing stuff from centuries before Jesus.

This and the "Final Fantasy Tactics" style game just ain't my style of CRPG. This is one of those, "I don't see the appeal at all but I'm glad it exists for those who do" kinda things. Like people who have fun with the 0.999/repeating infinity, defending the Axiom of Choice, etc., I mean; if that is your bag go for it.
