Probably none. Development started on that well before The Outer Worlds was released.

I like that they talk about focus on NPCs. That has always been a weak point in their games and a reason why I never managed to finish any of them.

Their NPCs have never been very good, but I can think of even weaker aspects. Balance for example. They need to find a way to keep their games challenging for longer.

They're getting better with how they implement level-scaling, but it's still far too easy to level up, and increasing the difficulty just turns enemies into bullet sponges later in the game.

Skyrim was awesome! Probably the best Bethesda game after The Terminator 2029 (after that of course The Terminator: Future Shock and the later Terminator game, where the female actor takes off her pullover ) and Arena that were so good I played till the end.
