Some of these games will obviously not be big hits due to being small underfunded indie teams, and some of these will be big hits funded by large publishers.
Still doubt more than half of those games will be released next year though.
These are the ones with most of my interest.
Fable (Remake)
Gothic (Remake)
ELEX 2

I'd call that an action RPG for casual console gamers, character attributes are simple (I don't remember it having a class or race choice) and combat is a bit repetitive/hack & slash.
On the good side, the world reacts to the player's actions and vice-versa: the character ages and keeps some scars from the combats, there are simple decisions that are remembered, IIRC you can romance, mary and even have kids. There are mini-games that are well integrated in the quests.
Graphics were good then, the style a bit .. cartoonish? a little like Zelda or WoW.
It wasn't bad, I had fun with it, but there was nothing keeping my interest long enough to keep going.

Fable is a good beginner's RPG. For veterans it is too simple IMHO.

Thanks both. Probably get it on a sale then if I have little else to play at the time.

Quite a nice lineup here! Artistically and with a gameplay promise these caught my attention: 9. Mortem: Fallen Kingdom, 7. Isles of Adalar, 6. Crimson Desert,
maybe 2. ELEX 2, 1. Bleak Faith: Forsaken. Lets hope there will still be a world with alive developers to play these in.

Stormrite is not really an upcoming RPG for 2021, it has in fact a Kickstarter campaign that started a few days ago, which seems to have had a good start already. It's a small team of 4 people, there was a public test in March.
The game looks action-oriented, they mention quest lines and choices, and there's a large open world with different climates. They mention end of 2022 in their pledges, but we know how it usually goes.
Time to check it out, still 24 days to go.
Interestingly, they also have NPC pledges, but I like the way they formulate it (reference to the recent Monomyth): "Traveller (BECOME AN NPC) ONLY 10 AVAILABLE!!! BECOME AN NPC - Backers of this tier will have the opportunity to work with our team to design their own NPC (Non-playable character) to place in the world of Stormrite, to be immortalised into the game. This tier is LIMITED, only 25 backers can become NPCs"
