Note how the major characters all have their own models. It's still an old graphics engine of course, so not up to modern standards.

Yes - the same "devs". There are recent posts and comments on Facebook. For BG2 fans probably worth a look.

Just the fact that they recreated the entire game in that engine is pretty cool. I'm not sure how much I'd like playing BG2 with that camera though.

I played through BG Reloaded when it was first released. I'm biased because I LOVED NWN2 (camera never bothered me). It was really cool to see the world of BG in 3D. I've been following the BG2 Reloaded development on Facebook a little. I'll likely play it, however, I have such a huge backlog of games, I'm not 100% sure (heck, I still haven't finished the Ultima VI Project I started playing 6 or 7 years ago!)
