RPGWatch - Winter 2021 Key Giveaway

Here is our winter key giveaway, with contributions from our members. Obviously for those living in the southern hemisphere this is wrong, as it is summer, but they can still participate.

We have received keys for 64 games and we invite you to leave a comment to show that you are interested in winning one of the keys. In that comment you can also limit your opportunity to win a key, by stating what keys you want to be eligible for to win, or what keys you don't want to win. You limit your opportunity to win because we might be unable to match a key to your preferences. If you are more flexible, you might even win 2 keys. Who knows. We will try to take your preference into account for the first key, but this will become much more difficult for the second key (if you would win a second key that is). Don't bother in supplying an order of preference in that list as it will be ignored completely, simply because it is too much work.

Here are the rules of the giveaway:

• You are registered at RPGWatch before the 7th of December 2021

AND

• You clearly state in a reply to this news topic that you want to participate.
  As mentioned, in your reply you can indicate what your preference of games to win is, which might also reduce your chance to win a key. The order of your preferences is not used at all.

AND

• You have contributed to RPGWatch in one or more of the following ways:
  • You donated one or more keys to this giveaway
    OR
  • You have made at least 5 posts in the last 12 months
    OR
  • You have a minimum of 10 posts total
    OR
  • You donated to RPGWatch in some other way in the last 12 months (I'm sure you'll let us know how, if it isn't clear to us)

For all those who did register before the 7th of December 2021, but do not meet the contribution criteria, do let us know why you consider yourself to be eligible to participate. Either that or I use the following formula for the post count:

The number of days I have not been hit with the Corona virus since my last cold, added with the number of Christmas lights in our house I see with my left eye, divided with the number of Christmas lights I see with my right eye, when I am facing MrsMyrthos on a certain moment of time in the future. Added to that are the amount of hours I want to spent on Christmas dinner, divided by the number of hours I most likely am going to spent on christmas dinner.

Disclaimer: I'm sure this algortihm is clear enough and does not require any further debate. if despite that I still end up with an unexplainable number, I'l just see how many minutes I can throw rocks into our garden, before someone tells me to stop doing that and just use that number.


The possibility to participate in this giveaway ends on Tuesday the 21st of December 2021 (because it is numerically nice to do so), in a time zone where I feel it is a real Tuesday. In case I forget to close the giveaway at that point in time, it is whenever I remember to do so.
