Access to my old account

I don't remember the password, and the e-mail account I registered with is long gone.

Is there a way to obtain my old account? I can confirm my identity through RPGCodex and in the old account's history you can clearly see that I was myself (and on both forums I had the same nickname).

As you asked in public, I'll answer here: No you can't. Everybody can say they are someone, so you need to tell me your email address as it is not public. If you forgot what it was, too bad.
