Replacement for graphics card…advice?!

I believe you can go with the cheaper one - just check all the specs and compare them. You can actually find that the cards don't differ only in the brand, the difference seems to be too huge for that (just guessing). Although I believe the situation is pretty clear in the 7xxx series. The older series were frequently flooded by no-name cards with hidden tricks.

A lot of them will quote higher clock speeds and prices to match, but all they have done is overclocked the standard reference board and you can do that yourself for nothing.

A 3200+ is more than capable of running most modern games provided you have sufficient ram 1.5-2gig and a decent GPU (like the 7600GT you mentioned).
