The first screens for Gas Powered Games' Space Siege are up at VoodooExtreme. I'd say anyone looking for Dungeon Siege in space will be pleased.

I think is more Space Hulk/Space Crusade (Games Workshop) done with the Dungeon Seige II Engine. Not that this is a bad thing as long as it can be MODed.

Yeah, I see DS2 in space in the screens and description. If that is what is on offer, then fine … it sets the expectations.
