I think I might rather have a commercial product than an amateur mod. This sounds like it could be as big as a whole expansion pack.

Even though Sawyer is the supposed sole guy working on it, I would assume he still has access to all the resources of Obsidian as far as design and implementation go. I imagine it will be a high caliber mod. Plus, I like Sawyer's writing, humor and general attitude for this one. It may take longer this way, but I don't think it will be too amateurish.
