Retreived formulas and mutagens.

I am not sure if this is a spoiler, don't think so but read at your own risk.
I am not responsible for any trauma real or imagined.
Anyone have a count on the formulas and mutagens we are recovering?
As an example by the start of chapt 4, I have found 9, iirc.
Since, their recovery is the majority of the story, I am trying to get them all.
It's so hard to tell with the English version, if it's cut dialogs, translation or unfinished quests.
Additionally, I guess there are more to retrieve if you don't go to the lab?

Trust me, most of the names I have been called you can't translate in any language…they're not even real words as much as a succession of violent images.
