Uncut dialogues on game disc?

They seem to be packed in the dialog00.bif file. The game probably reads its subtitles from 2da00.bif.

Someone more competent with computers than me should examine this.

Anyone have any luck with this, would be nice to know at least by the release of patch 1.2?

My guess is that it's more complicated than it first seems. First you have to use the right programs to unpack/repack the files. Assuming the files inside dialog00.bif hold the uncut script, there is also the matter of getting the dialogues to display in the correct chronological order and this might require the use of the toolkit. Another possibility is that the uncut script is incompatible with the international versions, considering animations were also cut. But I'm confident modders will overcome these problems eventually.

Worst case scenario: There is going to be a "Witcher Restoration Project", much like KotOR2.
