Um, am I being a bit slow (a definite possibility), or does RPG *Watch* not give one the option to *watch* forum threads and be e-mail notified of replies, other then when submitting a reply/post?

Yes, it's in your USER CP. Check under the FORUMS tab drop down menu!!
