Changing font size?

I'm trying out The Witcher on my 36" LCD TV. It's only 720p, but I have no problems with the majority of games, websites, etc. However, when the font becomes too small and is a particular style, it becomes nigh unreadable. Unfortunately, The Witcher's font used in quest logs and such falls under this category. It all becomes a smudge.

Now, I know this will be vain hope, but does anyone know of a way to increase the font size or change it around to something that works better on HD TV's? It's not very playable in its current state, so if it's not possible I'm gonna have to pass this one up.
