How to forge a bastard sword?
How to forge a bastard sword?
January 2nd, 2008, 03:33
even though i'm happy with the katana, i would very much like to wield a self-forged bastard sword just to see the difference.. but at the same time, i'm quite hazy about the necessary skills required. if only someone could point in the right direction or give some comments whether El Bastardo is worth the trouble?

El bastardo is not worth the trouble IIRC (I think I found it in a chest or from some merchant). The ordinary bastard sword (if that's the one you mean) is, and can be bought from almost any smith in Myrtana for 16k. It doesnt require any points spent on smithing skill either.
EDIT: When I say "it" I refer to the schematic
