There's a guy singing "Part of your world" from Disney's "The Little Mermaid". Amazing, really. Not what you'd expect.
Spinning Silhouette. Is she spinning clockwise or counter-clockwise?

Ninjai - The Little Ninja is an incredibly well made flash-based animated series. If you even remotely like Chinese martial arts movies or ninjas or animations, you should give this a shot.
Each of the 12 episodes runs about 5 minutes or so.

And now for something (not so) completely different, "a look at kids who get too dependant on their PCs". With a little twist.

Watched the first 3 episodes and am in love with the little boy.
So far, it reminds me of Shogun Assassin!
Thanks Arhu!

Blog entry on how difficult porting of software from compiler to compiler can be - a very interesting read for me.
For everyone else, too, I thought.

Featured on YouTube today, A History of Evil.
Great story and great animation. Reminded me a bit of the intro for the movie Lady in the Water.

Here is an article which I have sought for quite a long time:
http://www.amanwithapencil.com/adobe.html
In principle, the same contents appeared one or two years ago in an article in the German IT magazine called "c't", which is rather technically oriented.
The article discusses prices for programs by Adobe - which appear to be higher in Europe than in the U.S.
More worringly, this might even be "standard practise" among software companies.
Interestingly, a link to this English-language article only appears on the German-language version of Wikipedia, not on the English-language one. Looks as if someone has "cleaned" there.
