Divine Divinity question
August 18th, 2008, 20:11
I was at Target yesterday and saw Divine Divinity on sale for $9.99. I looked inside the flap and it mentioned NPC parties. I was under the impression that DD was a non-party based game. Can anyone elaborate on that for me?

There are no parties in Divine Divinity. It's pure solo singleplayer. It might be that you can temporarily guide someone or protect someone in a quest (do not remember) but it's in no way partybased.

Cool thanks. I almost bought it, but I was pretty sure it was a solo PC game!

I know. I just have a hard time getting into solo campaigns. I tried it with NWN's expansions as well as a couple other ones I can't recall at the moment.
I'm probably just jaded from experiences like Ultima IX and the NWN OC!

If that is the case, you really need to try real RPG's… NWN:OC was rather bad.
