I'm stuck in front of ammon jerrs heaven, help?

I'm stuck in front of ammon jerrs heaven, i can't turn on fire braziers

Basically, what you need to do is:
1. Get three quests from the big golem.
2. Kill big fire elementals, the biggest type, loot the "heart of fire" or something from them, and use it on the braziers. The two first elementals are easy to find - the third elemental is hidden away behind the "small mountain" on the map (where the barbarian shaman ghost or whatever is standing).
3. Fill a vial with some stuff in the small valley.
4. Solve the quest of the barbarian ghost shaman thingy.
5. Talk to the golem again, and get Shandra to pour a little blood so you can enter the Haven.
