How to disable HUD and reset view?

Hello my fellow adventurers.

1. I'd like to know if it's possible to completely disable the HUD (no compass/health bar).

- SOLUTION FOUND: Marvin mode > CTRL+F1

2. I'd also like to know if it is possible to vertically reset the view so that the view is at 90 degrees angle to the world objects (reset Y-axis). I know about the reset view button but it does not work as I want it to.

Those two would help a lot for taking screen shots.

Have you tried enabling testmode in the ini and pulling down the console? There might be an option there for that.

There is a thread over at WOG dealing with compass. Take a look. It's new and untested.

I got a good answer to the HUD issue from another forum. So, that is solved now.

No HUD = Marvin mode > CTRL+F1
