Cautiously optimistic, but I'm actually more intrigued by Starfield. Still, it's a TES game and I'm pretty sure I'll by it.

High Rock seems like it could be the most likely from the teaser. But this could just be a literal tease. With the tech they're talking about needing for ES6, and they resources they have now (not to mention the hints at wanting to go larger in the past but being constrained), and talk of a new engine, this could span all of Tamriel.
