If you go into the door on the right of that picture, then run up to the roof, the guard/ogre should forget about you. Follow the balcony round, the chest is near the door at the end of the balcony.

if you had learned the 'Sneak' skill, you can also sneak in via the other entry. the one which Carasco guards.

You can also go straight up the stairs the hero is facing in the pic....then jump up to the right and climb up on top of the building. This offers you entry into the whole warehouse.(sneak while inside)
