Too much work

Be careful not to use too much though. This product isn't very well researched at the moment.

Sure I'm going to have health issue for something that aboriginals have used for thousands of years.

I think that arguement is flawed since people have been using lots of harmful stuff for thousands of years. There has been research that suggests Zembrin is harmless but noone knows the effects in long term. If it has any positive effects on the brain, there are also likely side effects. Personally I'd worry about long term effects on neuropsychological capacities like memory, executive functions, and so on. Likely such side effects are subtle and only something to worry about if you continue to use the product for a long time. Just take care of your brain and health!

But using anti-depressants or anti-psychotic medications prescribed by a psychiatrist for decades is perfectly fine. It doesn't add up. Zembrin isn't nearly as strong and even those who take these medications for decades are not debilitating.

Unlike those, Zembrin doesn't create any addiction and provides much needed relief in times of stress. It works in similar ways to SSRIs and has a long history of use. And as you point out there are studies which point toward it as a totally safe product, it is also approved by Health Canada. It is known and used safely in South Africa and has been for a very long time, it is just unknown here. And no, traditional use cannot simply be disregard just like that.

Also stress can be very damaging to overall health and well-being, it can be good to take foods or supplements to combat it. I also use a chinese herbs formula and it works well.

Where did I say that taking antidepressants or anti-psychotic medications for decades is without risks? I believe the risk of considerable side effects is very high with most of these medications. And some side effects will likely last even after people quit the medicine (sexual for example). I do however not believe that these medications cause addiction.

Well, we obviously differ in opinion in how to regard the medicine and the main thing here must be your health. So I won't continue the discussion but wish you well.

There's another commercialised extract of a plant, used by aboriginals for thousands of years. It's called "cocaine", and it really is quite a pick-me-up. If you can't get any of that, have a look for some opium poppies.

Also popular with American aboriginals, and an effective treatment for stress, is tobacco. This one should be available at a store near you.

And, if you find the dullness of your routine getting you down, the peyote cactus will let you see your workplace in a whole new light. Don't forget to bring an offering for your spirit guide, though.
