Gematsu reports that 'Mooncrash' multiplayer update 'Typhon Hunter' launches December 11.

Prey downloadable content "Mooncrash"" multiplayer update "Typhon Hunter" will launch on December 11, publisher Bethesda Softworks and developer Arkane Studios announced.

The update adds a multiplayer mode called "Typhon Hunter," which is described as "a tense game of hide and seek between a single survivor and five other players who stalk, hunt, and hide in plain sight as mimics."

A sequel to Prey would easily be one of my most anticipated games. Unfortunately, I think they made that difficult with the way the game ended.

I don't think it did well enough financially to expect a sequel anyways.

I'm usually very cheap and wait for everything to be on a deep sale. But whatever game Arkane make next (assuming it's similar gameplay to Prey/Dishonored) I'll even pre-order.

But this doesn't interest me...at least it's free.

Well you'll be waiting for a while to see what Arkane announces next. Partially due to ther next game becoming a live service, publisher interference, and internal politics.

They even lost one of the main founders/visionary Raphael Colantonio.
