I would have to say the Overseer's Guardian, considering it's damage output is 144 for me. It's an excellent weapon for long range specialists!

I've been using the Deliverer forever. Shots cost barely any AP and the ammo's cheap, but I keep feeling like I should get something more obviously badass.

If you have points in the gunslinger perks, it makes sense to me. I've put them into the rifleman perks.
