When you pre order Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition there are some extras you get, according to this press release, when you pre-order for PS4 or Xbox One:

DIVINITY ORIGINAL SIN ENHANCED EDITION RELEASE DATE AND PRE-ORDER DETAILS ANNOUNCED
Larian Studios' multi-award winning RPG comes to PS4 and Xbox One from October 27 (28th for PSN Europe), with a host of pre-order offers from participating retailers.

Everyone who pre-orders the game from participating retailers on Xbox One or PS4 will receive the Last Trick Bag, offering a host of new cosmetic items, and the White Dragon wand - one of the new weapons for one of two new combat styles in Enhanced Edition - which comes with the Ice Wall Skill.

Grumio himself writes to you to explain just how these bags came to be in the world of Rivellon:

"To Whom It May Concern (preferably an imp),
I, Grumio, son of Gromio, have made new strides in the fields of fashion, engineering and Things-That-Go-BOOM! Colours are hidden in my jars, but they do more than dye: they DESTRUCT when used for purposes more entertaining than vogue and vagary! Just combine them with empty grenades and you'll soon see for yourself... The design of wands too -them nifty wizards' tools- I have improved to great and unique effects. Little do those one-trick-pony magicians know how an impalytical mind like mine outshines them O so brightly! A specially crafted sprocket is all one needs to add powerful attributes to inert wands. What fun, what jolly mischief the results!
So rejoice, dear reader, for you have learned some of the secrets of Grumio! "

The Last Trick Bag full contents:

  • Grumio's Backpack
  • Pamphlet of recipes
  • 3 x Grumio's Cotton Candy Dye
  • 2 x Grenades ingredients
  • 1 x Inert Wand
  • With these ingredients, you can create:
  • Scales of Steel grenade
  • White Dragon wand (with an Ice Wall skill)
This DLC will also be made available for purchase after the game's release.

Additionally to this DLC, and as a special thank-you to those who have supported the Divinity series all these years, platform-specific DLC will be offered to all players, even after launch.

PlayStation 4 players will have access to the Secret Trick Bag, full contents include:

  • Grumio's Backpack
  • Pamphlet of recipes
  • 3 x Grumio's Favourite Triad Dye
  • 2 x Grenades ingredients
  • 1 x Inert Wand
  • With these ingredients, you can create:
  • Eye of the Patriarch grenade
  • Blue Dragon wand (with an Invisibility skill)
Xbox One players will have access to the Forgotten Trick Bag, full contents include:

  • Grumio's Backpack
  • Pamphlet of recipes
  • 3 x Grumio's Petrol Brand Dye
  • 2 x Grenades ingredients
  • 1 x Inert Wand
  • With these ingredients, you can create:
  • Breaching Fire grenade
  • Silver Dragon wand (with a Teleportation skill)
Venture into the vibrant and volatile world of Rivellon from this October 27, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
At the link you can make a selection of country and console version to determine what the sum of your goodies will be.
AFAIK there is no physical distribution of the PC version of Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition. It is provided for free to all owners of the non-enhanced edition, so they don't get these extras.

More information.

I was about to complain about zero goodies for pc owners then Inoticed the console people are ponying up 60 bucks so I am good with the EE.
Is it going to contain any extra quests or just filler?

I wouldn't pick up the backpack of an Imp personally… these new console players will probably go boom.

The EE features list from PcGamer:
  1. New intuitive user-interface tailored for controllers (KB/Mouse UI is still present)
  2. Dynamic split-screen for co-op
  3. Fully voiced and remastered dialogs with AAA-actors
  4. Hours of new content; quests, combat-styles, location and changes to the crafting system.
  5. Entirely new gameplay modes and character builds
  6. A heavily rewritten story with a brand new ending
  7. Massively reworked visuals and sound effects

There is 2 new combat styles (wands and dual wielding).
For the new gameplay modes, they are talking about the Tactical Mode I believe (it's not just a new difficulty).

For clarity, the number 1 item on that list is actually an extra new user interface tailored for controllers. The current user interface is for the most part still the same if you play with keyboard and mouse. So the game has two different user interfaces.

Well releasing on consoles isn't free like it is on PC, if I remember right even releasing a patch isn't free. So a price increase for console versions isn't without reason and not the developers fault.

Thanks. I just realized my sentence could have been taken two ways. You chose a different meaning than I had intended. I'll try again.

Charge console users $110 for.... reasons.
