I think the coming Steam Summer Sale is the time to finally pull the trigger on both Voidspire and Alvora Tactics.
I heard many good things. Especially the exploration in Voidspire is supposed to be top notch.

Exactly my thoughts... I've heard great things about Voidspire and will be picking that up this Summer.

I was having a good time playing Voidspire till we got houseguests, hopefully I'll get to play it again sometime this century......

Been released 3 days and no reviews. Is it even selling?

I'm a big Voidspire fan and picked up Alvora before it hit Steam.

If you like squad-based games with a pretty deep and diverse character leveling system I'd highly recommend it. The graphics are fairly simple, but I found myself overlooking that fast as I got hooked on developing my squad.

I'm about 8 hours unto Alvora - so far it's less plot drievn than Voidspire but also feels a bit more open ended - as well as having the option for a larger team of characters to pull from and more charcter options.

Definitely enjoying it so far and I consider both games to be relatively overlooked gems on Steam.

Also: bat handler is one of the twenty or so classes available.
