Gamingbolt reports that Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor will receive a 2.0 update May 28th.

The action RPG came out originally on PC June 18th 2018 to mixed reception. Since then, the developers have released the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and have featured several updates to improve the game based on community feedback. This major update will rework and update a lot of the game's internal systems, including the progression system, level cap, endgame content, the loot system, and a lot more.

It's nice for devs to add new content and improve things. Maybe they will abandon that "always online" feature with this patch and as a ARPG fan I finally decide to buy the game.

Ugh... well, this game is now off my list. Too bad. The very thing which attracted me to it was that the combat was slower and a bit more tactical than a regular arpg. It looks like everything has been made faster now.
