I just return after giving one Internet to Codex and it broke!

I can't acces the codex. Every other website works fine for me, save the codex. I tried accessing it through proxy, and then I can get through to the website, but it says I am banned (since i am using a proxy)

HELP!!! I NEED MY CODEX FIX!!!!!!!
