im sad that i didnt liked rpgs when i was young, the first gothic was the game that introduced me to rpgs back in 2003 i think, so i missed all those old crpgs from the late 90s and early 2000s :(
 
I will be 47 this coming October
Spent my lunch hours at school with the "D&D Club". Remember D&D before AD&D. i.e 1E Was introduced the system via the famous Red Basic Box ... Grew up playing cRPGs from the early 1980s onward ... was a huge Wolfenstein fan for years ... discovered Doom when it exploded like a supernova on the scene and then gaming was never quite the same after that ... also have been a baseball cards & dice board gamer since the late 70s (Replay, Strat-O-Matic) ... yes, I am a proud geek.

44 years old.

Started gaming on the Atari, then Texas Instruments home computer, followed by Commodore 64 with obsession with Ghost and Goblins and flight simulators. PC has been the main platform ever since. Mostly enjoyed action/adventure (Blood Omen - first one, Soul Reaver .. etc.), then discovered Gothic 3 and have been enjoying rpgs since.

31 here. My dad introduced me to RPGs like Wizardry and Baldur's Gate, but I didn't really get into them until I played Fallout when I was about 18 or 19. Before that I mostly played JRPGs, but I have not played one of those in well over a decade.

Just turned 50. My first CRPG was Ultima III on the C64, but I didn't get near to completing it, as I don't think I ever found out how to level-up my characters. Got distracted by girls, beer and cars and didn't play another computer game until Baldur's Gate in 2001.
