@PCGamesN they report the hire of ex-Konami President Shinji Hirano to be President of Kojima Productions. This comes on top of a number of ex-Konami people migrating to the new company.

Formerly a key figure at Konami, Shinji Hirano now works for Kojima Productions, after taking on the role of president at the company in November 2016.

Hirano worked at Konami as president for almost a decade, though he transferred to division director of Konami's sales division in December 2011. He left that role in March this year and his LinkedIn page shows that everything was quiet until November, when he joined Kojima Productions.
[...]

Of course, Hirano isn’t the only one to make the jump across with Hideo Kojima. Ken-ichiro Imaizumi, a producer at Konami, also made the move when the company was formed, along with concept artist Yoji Shinkawa, and Kojima’s personal assistant, Ayako Terashima.

There’s also Jackie Tan, lead level designer for Metal Gear Solid V and the person in charge of the stealth game’s trailers. He is now listed as a game designer at the new Kojima Productions, and has been since January 2016, with a "coming soon" tease showing off the current Kojima Productions logo on his LinkedIn page.
More information.

That president would have been king of the world if people were limited to gambling pachinko machines.

Too much hate. The Metal Gear team was one of the most amazingly talented group of developers! MGSV was a work of art. It also ran so perfectly on all systems and had almost no bugs. Metal Gear will always be one of the greatest franchises ever, so I wish Kojima Productions huge success in the future.

Actually MGS5 still has a bug where savegames can disappear on PC for no obvious reason. ;)
Also spying/listening optional goals are utterly bugged you can get them basically only if lucky.

The game got ruined with Narnia patch plus it's helicopter simulator where you spend 1/3 of the whole game watching helicopter is horrible idea.
Another horrible design choice were checkpoints that allow mobs/mats to respawn when you pass a checkpoint which leads to checkpointscum.

MGS5 is still a great game. Thanks to PCG shittaste or idiocy, it was crowned there as GOTY last year, but there were better titles IMO.
