Ok this is not really tech help but it is tech and i wasn't sure if i should post it here or off topic having said that new low power ram will soon arrive:

The background is that i used to think ram was not a major hog of battery power but when I actually checked into it i realize that it is rather significant (hint more ram is not always better esp if your device is battery powered or you run 200,000 servers).
Samsung claims the new standard will help quite a bit here of course frequently when one gains a benefit it is not totally free.
