Couchpotato spotted a team update of the Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem devs:

Team Status Update

What's up and what's coming?

Hello everyone!

We know that you've been expecting some news from the status of the team and our progress on future content, and we would like to share a bit more about the upcoming plans for Wolcen.

Our team is currently working on two fronts: the final Second Dawn patch(1.0.16.0) with its bug fixing and balancing review, which will be delivered in late July, and the first Chronicle(1.1.0) for which we're currently aiming for Autumn 2020.
The Chronicle will bring additional content, gameplay changes, performance improvements, and we will start to communicate in more detail about it around early September. Stay tuned though, we might start to tease a bit about it sooner than that through various social media ;)

We're now making our final touches to the Second Dawn bug fixing patch, our Communication and QA teams are currently in contact with various players of Wolcen to gather their opinion on bug fixing, QoL improvements, and balancing changes. This feedback will allow us to refine some of our priorities for Second Dawn and future Chronicles.

In other news, Wolcen Studio is growing. Almost 10 new talented members have joined our team since the release, and we're still recruiting for a lot of positions. We're all progressively coming back to the office following the pandemic, but we're now almost 50 and our current office is getting a bit crowded. Therefore, we also plan to move to new offices by the end of the year to be able to welcome everyone on-site if the circumstances allow it, and we will do our best to make sure that it doesn't affect our schedule for the second Chronicle.

Finally, we will soon add a Support page on our website to facilitate contact with our Customer Support team. Instead of going through the Contact web form, you'll now have a dedicated page to contact our Support team, who will answer your requests as soon as possible.

Thank you for your continued support!

Sorry to hear that. I really like the look of it and still hope they might improve it. Maybe i'll pick it up dirt cheap in a year or two and still give it a try.
It's not a bad ARPG or Hack & Slash as there usually called. It was just released to early with many bugs, and missing features that weren't fully implemented at release.

The devolveoper has slowly been fixing some problems but the damage is already done.

I agree it isn't bad, but they are in the too little too late area of things now, people are losing patience.

When... if... the developers resolve the issues, will buy it. With Grim Dawn and other ARPG games; that don't have the level of issues this games does, will wait and see.

the issue is the core game itself it would take a total overhaul to be decent. I'm not usually negative but this game is broken beyond repair.

I got this for free from my brother, but still didn't try it. I know he thought it was decent. I've got enough backlog to play for years to come, so I'm not in a hurry to try it. I'll wait for them to fix whatever is fixable first.

I have such a large backlog of games that I don’t buy many games until they hit a big discount. But I bought into the hype on this one, and put too much faith in the review of streamers (F you Rhykker) and bought it day one. Total waste of money. I can’t refund it so maybe I’ll revisit when...if...it gets fixed, but I agree that the damage is probably done and it is likely to remain a terrible Diablo 3 clone.

Likewise. I doubt I'll ever watch Rhykker again after Wolcen plus his face being on the bliz launcher for all of D3 season 20 - not something I ever wanted to see (not just him but any social media "star'). I haven't watched him much and most remember him having a meltdown over the Immortal announcement and how he was going to be deprived of his cushy existence if Bliz doesn't put out constant Diablo content for him to talk about.

Wolcen was decent early on - I enjoyed it a bit - but it seems like they've mangled the game and the potential hasn't been met.
