It has not been reviewed a whole lot in the US because it isn't released there till later this month. The reviews will start to show up around its release date in the US, and they'll hopefully be using the patched up US version of the game from Aspyr, instead of a EU version from JoWood.
As darghan previously mentioned, a lot of reviewers and sites are bribed, or simply follow hypes and re-print what others have written. Of course, quite a few would say honesty is a reason to do your job properly, but a fair amount of people take shortcuts when working, including those behind game reviews.
