If so, my point was not that DS:O is similar to D3 because both of them are action-fuelled hack 'n slash games (won't call them RPGs). Instead, look at the art direction, the settings, the atmosphere (gfx are a bit better in DS:O, it seems): all of those look like as if they'd been copy-pasted from the D3 reveal trailer. That's what I mean by DS:O being yet another clone of D3.
