No as the minimum requirements are a GeForce 9600 GT, and that would probably get you Low-Medium settings. I find this link helpful for answers about can my pc run it.

Is there such a thing as a Geforce 7850? Do you mean a Radeon 7850? I think that would probably run OK.
EDIT: Posted at same time. So, yes, I think you should be OK. Maybe give it a try on Steam, and refund within the two hour window if there's problems.
