It's scheduled to be released "in a few business days".

Don't see any major changes, so you might as well start today.

Or you could wait for 1.05.

Nice timing for me. I grabbed a Steam key cheap off Ebay last night.

I only plan on messing around with it casually for now. I probably won't attempt a serious playthrough until after I finish TW3.
