Im going to play FO NV (first time) and would like some input on mods hat enhances the game without going overboard.
I Want it to look pretty! :-)

The PC Gamer list is decent. Just google 'top mods fallout vegas', you'll find quite a few lists, including videos.

For first time, get NMC's texture pack and call it a day. If you want some added stuff without changes to core gameplay (plus various fixes), I would recommend FOOK - still one of the best mods on the Nexus.
