How to add new skins for weapons?

Hello, comrades! Please help us to make skins for weapons. We made some skins, but they do not appear in the game.

If someone ever would pick-up this topic again and has what it takes- in this mod are lotsa weapon skins for having an example, unfortunately the whole thing still is unplayable for the Western part except for those ones who are knowing the native language...
