Interview with Rebecca Heineman

Heyho!

Just stumbled over this news on facebook.

Retrokompott, which already hosted the retro show on the digital Gamescom will have a discussion panel this afternoon (22:00 Brussels, Paris, Berlin, 21:00 GMT) with Rebecca Heineman, developer from various games including The Bards Tale.
Discussion will be in english obviously. There might be some snippets in German here and there I guess.

They are selling tickets for 7.50€

The recorded panel, or parts of it, will be available later within the podcast (not sure if they will be dubbed to German though)

I am not involved in any way. I am just a regular listener to their podcast and contribute a review here and there. But I thought it might be of interest to anyone.

She was talking about a wide range of topics. Including her appearance in High Score, programming on different systems, projects she worked on and had to cancel due to company politics, her outing, smuggling her name or other references into games (partially to prove she actually worked on it) using Kickstarter and in that regard also shortly about Dragons of the Rip a old school Dungeon Crawler she would like to complete one day, but doesnt have the ressources for (not a lot else mentioned about it though).

Was a very interesting and entertaining interview.
