Similar to any other organized concentration of people..

Like a city...
You can hang out in the private homes, parks, the malls, the dealerships, the slums or the sewage plant.

You really only find what you look for.

Instead of Reddit, I much prefer this site.

You can do anything there. The only limit is yourself.

Good for the tech, sort of gossip forum, weak on real in depth discussion on most things ( games included).
