Ok, I sided with Innos:
I freed Nordmar
I freed Varant
I freed Myrtana
I killed Zuban
I have both staffs
The king or his mage has nothing more to say to me.

What else do I have to do?

I assume you have the 5 Adanos artifacts? If so do as aldee says.

Thanks for the help, that's all I had left to do. Although I still had 2 blessed firemage cups in my inventory when I won. I coudn't find the last two.
