The Stanley Parable

How do we not have a topic on this delightful game!?

It's certainly small - according to the achievements on Steam, more people have "beaten" the game than have quit and restarted. But it's really memorable and goes on sale frequently. It's also got a free demo which is basically a second game in the same spirit as The Stanley Parable.

Anyway - new announcement yesterday:

The end is NEVER the end…

I played it through a few different ways.
It's certainly interesting, but after a while I found the novelty had worn off.

If not for the amazing narrator, I do not think the game would have done well.

Did you try staying in the closet ?

I only played it for about 5 hours - maybe 8 including the demo. Definitely very short.

I don't think so, but I only need a few more months for the "Go Outside" achievement! I'll have to try it then - maybe along with the ultra update if it happens to be free.
