Worked for me know - but a red sign above my Tier: "Patron of the arts" says:
There is a problem with your pledge. Your balance is negative.
Please contact us to help you fix this, or check if you don't have too many addons.

I can confirm that in the past 30 minutes my account was added and now has a reward.

Er responded too quickly. It has a reward with a negative balance :)

However, I think I can still select a key so not sure if having a negative balance is a bad thing :)

Got the feedback that you can ignore the negative balance message, You should still get all of your rewards :)

@Galaad: As mentioned, it is my mistake, I have asked Larian to correct it...... And it's done!

I think they are still editing the data - now I have tier "5$ - Tier: "Thank the Seven" and a 745$ plus balance :)

But now I have the same problem as HiddenX… but I see my rewards, I have my keys, I´m happy :D

That problem should be solved.
@HiddenX: when you clicked the DOS2 Kickstarter link it does not ask you to link your email? Perhaps this is the way it has been solved :/

  • It asked me to link my email
  • I linked my email
  • I saw tier "Patron of Arts" with all rewards, but a negative balance -765$(=750+15)
  • I edited some input boxes and leaved the Vault page
  • 10 minutes later I opened the Vault again
  • Now I saw the lowest tier "Thank the Seven" with a positive balance of 745$ (=750-5) and no rewards.

The good news is that the negatieve balance has been fixed :)

Larian Patron is now listed for me :) Though for some reason I still have a negative Balance of 140$. (Shows a pledge of 520$ for a reward of 650$, instead of the 665 I pledged). But so long as I get access to it, I don't really mind :p

Still I figured i'd mention it here.

Just ignore the negative balance. As long as you have all your rewards listed, you will get them :)

My tier has changed back to 750$ = "Patron of Arts" - every reward is listed.

The balance is now only $15 negative due to shipping costs. If I can ignore that everything is fine.
