You have to love contradictions.
The Witcher 4 won’t be out for some years, and it’ll be a long time since the previous one, so we cannot just target the audience already fond of the saga. We must also build a new community. On that note, I believe I can say it’ll be an excellent entry point for many players, without forgetting the long-time fans who still wish to follow Geralt’s adventures.

We really don't know much. All that is known it's a new school of witchers, made with the Unreal Engine, and is supposed to be a completely new trilogy. Everything else is rumor.

My best guess is they will have two preset characters like CP 2077 you can customize.

You mean one preset character where you choose the gender. It's possible, but it would surprise me a little if they actually went that route with The Witcher.
