Seems like the game was censored, and the review author is a pro censoring. What a coincidence.

The communists that ruled my country 30 years ago were saying the same when they were censoring everything: "It's for the better" ;)
Removing parts of games when they remaster them is not remastering them.
If needed they could have put an option for parental control or something.

The parts were removed long before the remaster for the console versions. They were a very bad idea from the beginning. The PC remasters are based on the console versions.

How long a game is this one, HiddenX? Is there another game that you might compare it to? I mean, I see you said you completed it in under a week, but playing styles might vary. It took me almost a month to get through Ara Fell, so my mileage might be a tad different.

45 to 50 hours - Prelude to the Fallen is the shortest part of the series.
