Anyone else here train in the gym

Well for the first time in 27 years I cut gym time down to 3 days a week. I always did 5 days a week a day for each body part.

Now the wife and I go at 5 am Monday(leg and abs), Wednesday(Shoulders and back), Friday(arms and chest).

I am really liking as so busy with other things though surprised on how many others are at the gym at 5am.

As for food, I have always believed in eating whole foods. You won't find much if any processed food in my home.

As for junk food, go to the movies get popcorn, candy, pop etc because in the dark at the movies it doesn't count.
