Restored Espada monster fish and mantis to several spider locations.
Fixed two thugs that were listed as CIA agents and minor text bugs.
Swapped invulnerable fish with unused model and fixed fishing quest.
Made Martinez mediate with the CIA too and fish peddler offer more.
Added missing perk and money reward for the shooting seagulls quest.
Changed Hungaro's mission description to avoid breaking the script.
