I should mention that I use ZFS at home but at work we use a custom solution. I was going to use BTRFS because it has some really nice features missing in ZFS but alas it isn't quite ready for prime-time. More precisely the advance features still have a few wrinkles in correctness though this is a moving target and changes on a regular basis.
