Fallout 3 Fallout 3 recommended mod list

Hi!

Thought I should give FO3 a decent chance since it have been in my backlog for ages.

Is there a recommended mod list available?

I want it to look as shiny as possible given my system specs (i-3570K, 16GB ram, CF HD7950 3GB) and like improvements in GUI and usability as long as they are lore friendly.
