"Blood & Magic" ?

Hello,

meanwhile being a few days in Berlin, I aquired a game called "Blood & Magic". It seems to be a D&D-based strategy game.

Does anyone here know it ? Is there anything I should pay attention to ?

Is it from Interplay? A D&D Warcraft clone from 10 years back or so. Never actually played it.

Yes it is.

I tried to install it via the described Win95-way, but it refused, saying that my several GB HD has not enough space for it. Probably an integer overflow - turned into negative values, I guess.

I think I'll try to install it from within DOSBOX next time.

I love installing old games like that. HOMM1 just LOVES my laptop.

I have a copy that came in a box set back in the days of DOS actually still being used, but never have installed it.

It seems to be a DOS game, but they had - or so I understood it - made a setup program for Win95, then.

I checked mine; it's a DOS disc. Otherwise I'd rip it and send it.
