DSOGaming reports that Square Enix have announced that Project Athia will now be called Forspoken.

Unfortunately, Square Enix did not reveal any additional details about this game. From what we know so far, Forspoken will be an open-world game, and will support real-time ray tracing.

In this game you will play as Frey Holland; an ordinary young woman who must harness her magical abilities to survive in the fantastical yet dangerous land of Athia.

Very nice graphics but it looks too "actiony" for me. That might just be the video edits, though, need to see some proper game play.

Also, that's got to be the worst attempts at hiding from a dragon that I've ever seen. Square/Enix needs to have a little review on how not to be seen.

- Hi everybody! I'm Ella Balinska and I'm super excited about that I'll do all the Project Athia hardcore porn scenes! I'll also play a giraffe NPC, since I'm tall enough to dwarf all the Charlie's Angels cast..

Looks good to me. I actually liked the flying/leaping elements and unlike most here I pefer real time combat to turn based as turn based just becomes SOO tedious. More interest in this for me than BGIII which I will skip

It's Square-Enix, so I'm skeptical. I like the idea of the game, I'm just not sure my preferences will align with its execution.

It seems to me that…
- they want to give the heroine some faster way to traverse that big open world.
- initially it will be more stealthy
- later she will learn the powers and it will be more actiony

:) Nice. But I was surprised too that this bad attempt to hide made it into the trailer. Did devs neglect logic or something?
